Who qualifies to be a wholesale partner?
We are excited to partner with retailers who align with our brand values and are passionate about offering high-quality, artistically designed bath and body products. To qualify for a wholesale account, you must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Requirements
- You must operate a brick-and-mortar retail store, online shop, or subscription box service that aligns with our brand.
- Your business must have a valid reseller’s license or business number (where applicable).
- You agree to meet our minimum order requirement of $250 for both opening and re-orders.
- Products must be sold at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) unless running an approved promotion of up to 20% off MAP.
- If you have a brick-and-mortar store, you agree to purchase display samples for each SKU and have them displayed alongside corresponding stock.
Who We Do Not Supply To
- Third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
- Businesses that do not align with our brand values or quality standards.
- Individuals purchasing for personal use (our wholesale program is strictly for business-to-business sales).

What's the lead time for orders?
Our order processing times vary depending on the season:
- Off-Peak Season (February – October): Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days.
- Peak Season (November – January): Processing times may be extended due to high demand.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, so we encourage placing orders well in advance for key retail periods such as Easter, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Spring, Summer, Halloween, and the Festive Holidays to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your most recent order details.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, but if you receive damaged or missing items, you can submit a Claim Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, we will issue store credit or a replacement based on the nature of the claim.
